On 20/06/2008, I left Djibouti with the aim of going and observing the present situation of the Human Traffic in Obok trying to Immigrate to Yemen ports of Maqa Hudediya and San’a. During my survey I made an assessment by asking one of the Immigrants to which Route did you take and why? , and he said I came all the way from Mogadishu because I loosed everything including Family, Property in the Ethiopian Intervention to Mogadishu so I decided to take Risk to search for a Life, Peace in the rest of the World no matter whatever it takes me to do it and I was travelling by Walking mostly by Road Truck Travelling and I reached Puntland Bosaso worked in the city for food and little money then took another truck to Somaliland Hargeisa finally reached Loya’cade eventually passed through the Border Check Up, then I took another truck to Oboq paid 500fd which equals to 2.8 $ Dollars had trouble with the Local Tribe they Rapped as Naked they took whatever we had ex, Close, Food, Small Money. Children In Need of Human Dignity

Djibouti is small country with small population but u should see what I have seen Djibouti has neighboring countries like Ethiopia and Somalia with a combined population of 70 million people two thirds of the majority are children and women so there is a lot of children running from both countries in search for a life specially majority of them being Ethiopians so what happens is they take long journey and 95 percent of the journey they do it through walking so at last when they reach the Djibouti Border check up and they automatically feel that they are not wanted so they had to do what ever it takes to pass through finally they have reached and arrived in the peaceful city of Djibouti. Children age range between 5 to 10 years with no money no place to go no food and nobody showing them love of care their health seems week and they do not have no place to go back to. So they start doing the only thing that they apply to do which is Shoe Shinning in order to get small complicated living out of it so the heads thing that they go through everyday in their life is the Djiboutian Government which does have prober placing for them and doesn’t allow to work in the country cause they doesn’t have legal Citizen Documents so the only thing that the Djibouti Police does is Capture the children take them straight to Jail called Nagard hold them three to four days the only get once a meal a day Dryad Rice Separate them into two groups take them to the Border line of Somalia and Ethiopia so the Children they struggle the same way back and end up the same border line every day in their lives . At this stage the Children are Powerless and are unable to exercise their basic human rights or control virtually any aspect of their lives I understand that Poverty manifests itself in the inadequacy of material good and lack of access to basic services and opportunities and leading this children to condition of insecurity.

HISTORY OF SOMALIA

THE COUNTRY

Somalia (Somali: Soomaaliya; Arabic: الصومال‎
trabsliteration: aṣ-Ṣūmāl), officially the Somali Republic (Somali: Jamhuuriyadda Soomaaliya, Arabic: جمهورية الصومال‎
transliteration: Jumhūriyyat aṣ-Ṣūmāl) and formerly known as the Somali Democratic Republic, is a country located in the Horn of Africa. It is bordered by Djibouti to the northwest, Kenya on its southwest, the Gulf of Aden with Yemen on its north, the Indian Ocean at its east, and Eithiopea to the west.
Italian Somaliland gained its independence from Italy on 1 July 1960. On the same day, it united with British Somaliland, which gained independence on 26 June 1960, to form the Somali republic. The Somali state currently exists largely in a de jure capacity; Somalia has a weak but largely recognised central government authority, the Transitional Federal Government (TFG), but this currently controls only the central region of Somalia, and before the end of 2006 controlled only the city of Baidoa.
De facto control of the north of the country resides in the local authorities; of these Puntland, Maakhiir, Galmudug, acknowledge the authority of the TFG and maintain their declaration of autonomy within a federated Somalia, while Southwestern Somalia and Jubaland in the south have largely abandoned the idea of autonomy. Their political capital, Baidoa, is currently the TFG capital, and their commercial capital, Kismayo, is being disputed. On the other hand, Somaliland in the north, with its capital in Hargeisa, has declared independence and does not recognise the TFG as governing authority
